Appearance: Wade Wilson rarely allows himself to be seen without some sort of mask to cover his face. The reason for this is because of the horrendous scars and tumors that mar his entire body. He has no hair left, so he kind of looks like a walking corpse at times.
Character Name: Deadpool (Wade Wilson)

Description of powers:Teleportation: In the comics, he has an electronic device that enables this. I figure it would fit in better with the series if it was an inherent talent. So as not to be too overpowered, I would assume that the range on it would be more limited then it is in canon, where he can pretty much teleport anywhere on the planet.
Regeneration: Much less then in the canonical series, it would basically work as you said in the rules. Healing more minor wounds, but no regrowing of limbs. Technically, this is still canonical, since there was a story arc where he lost his healing factor and had to rethink everything about how he fought.
Super Human: Can move, lift and last longer than the average person. Fairly straight forward.
